| MANAGER, SECURITY OPERATION CENTRE (SOC) | Requirements: - Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Information Security or related field
- Masters degree in related field is an added advantage
- More than 5 years management experience with a minimum of 3 years working experience in planning and management field
- Have a minimum of 5 years working experience in the Information Security environment
- Knowledgeable in current and emerging trends in technologies, techniques, issues, and approaches in area of expertise
- Possess strong strategic management experience and strong analytical skills
- Possess excellent leadership qualities with excellent organisational planning, communications and interpersonal skills
- Result-oriented and highly motivated to meet organisational goals and targets
- Proven track particularly in planning and implementing successful deliverables
- Have an excellent understanding on the industry and government policies
- Ability to supervise and train employees, to include organising, prioritising, and scheduling work assignments
- Ability to foster a cooperative work environment
Responsibilities: - To report to the Head of MyCERT and advise on issues and operation of MyCERT Coordination activities
- Responsible for the smoothness of coordination, scheduling of the Department
- Responsible for planning, directing and coordinating the activities of the unit in ensuring the deliverables are met in accordance to KPI
- Keep abreast on the latest and current technology pertaining to the Information Security especially in Incident Response and Handling
- To be aware of the CyberSecurity Malaysia's information security objectives and comply to all relevant policies, procedures and guidelines
