EXECUTIVE, CORPORATE PLANNING & STRATEGY

Requirements:

  • Degree in Information Technology, Economics, Business Studies, Business Administration.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in working in projects i.e. as a project leader or as member of a project office.
  • Knowledge in ICT technologies and services.
  • Knowledge of project management standards, project management tools, preferably in MS Project.
  • Good Bahasa Malaysia and English (communications and writing).
  • Ability to use MS Office application is a must.

Responsibilities:

  • To report to the Head, Corporate Planning & Strategy Department.
  • To lead the project office of ICT projects for CyberSecurity Malaysia.
  • To support and coordinate the project planning as well as management and controlling.
  • To prepare project documentation, reporting and presentations.
  • To prepare and facilitate project meetings, workshops and trainings.
  • To take over the leadership of ICT projects or sub-projects if necessary.
  • To support development projects for key stakeholders which includes helping to monitor projects and becoming members of technical and commercial evaluation committee.
  • To be aware of the CyberSecurity Malaysia's information security objectives and comply to all relevant policies, procedures and guidelines.
